<VV> Oil leak on the 90 degree adaptor

Hand tightened the filter with a filter wrench? If using a PF-4, I have
never used a filter wrench on these, even with the 90° adapter. The
filter is held stationary and the bolt is tightened.
I do not think the large rubber gasket on the PF-4 style filters was
designed with spinning it on in mind like "spin on" oil filters.
