typing where those cars are already in a database. A simple merge and that
part is done. Additional cars , not in an existing database would still
need to be typed - either by the owner or by a volunteer.
The REAL point is that, starting from the CORSA records, we will know which
members do not yet have at least one car listed which affords the
opportunity to contact them for updated information.
