i drove over 100 mi to whelan picnic, had great time. round trip 230 mi.  
this coming weekend will visit my over 90 year old mother in southwest va.  
almost 700 mi round trip. will visit mom set on her front porch and look at 
the  beautiful mountains. will also go fishing in the great clinch river, 
hope to  catch some small mouth bass. after fishing will take mom to lebanon 
va. about 20  miles from home and  buy mom an ice creme cone. mom loves riding 
in my 64  convertible.
