<VV> How to Replace Snap On tools?

Today I had a Snap On 3/8" U joint break while working on my '62 wagon and am wondering if they will replace it.  Are they warranted forever?  If so, how does one find a dealer as they aren't listed in the phone book and even have a somewhat closed website with no info on how to find them.  They obviously don't want to do any warranty work!  Has anyone ever been able to catch one of them fo a small tool item?  If so, how?
