Just wanted to make a friendly suggestion...  it was either this or a 
lowball offer and resell it!  Clarks charges $310 for this part and does NOT 
have any available at that!!!

You could probably easily get 10 times what you are asking as a starting 
price, dont let it go cheap unless you are just giving it away as charity!
