<VV> Flaming river quick box

i've got two 65 corsas im going to order a quick box for one...maybe both...they 

are  both 65's  but one is an early production los angeles built car...it says 
something about an adapter when u try and order...can u enlighten me on what to 
look for? .....just  thinking if im going to get the shaft.....oh well
