I reitterate ...
However, CORSA ... IS ... the ____ONLY____ one which is constantly complaining about low 
income / loss of membership even though it is, at $45 per year, the MOST costly.  And it 
returns measurably less for the dollar than ANY of the others.  

Other national organizations have required membership to be a chapter member.  This is the predominant system for national clubs.  They DO NOT complain about funds and decreasing membership AS CORSA DOES!  This is the most proven road to success, Period.  

That is where CORSA needs to go.  It is way past time for the BoD to put aside their fears and get in line with all the others.
