<VV> BoD has deaf ears? Scared?/ NO WAY

Ideas and possibilities have never been lacking.  Over the past  MANY years there has been possibilities hashed and rehashed.  And why is it so difficult?  Why do they believe they must they reinvent the wheel?  There is really only ONE course of action; ONE course that has proven itself successful in most of the other national organizations.  Fact is the BoD has been elected to make the hard decisions ... Will this be the year they find the intestinal fortitude to step up to the plate?  

The real question is will this be the year the BoD will pick a direction and go?
