<VV> Question on Original Head Temp Gauge

Does anyone know what the voltage range is on the head temp gauge in a Corsa dash?  For example 6 volts equates to 200F and 10 volts equates to 600F or something along those lines.  I am thinking about using it for a different purpose so was wondering if anyone might have the information readily available.
