<VV> Carpet question

Thanks for the info.

I was unable to find this screw, but I was able to slip the carpet from
under the rubber on the base of the pedal and slide it (with much
difficulty) up over the pedal and out of the car. Whew !

Considering the warning about the bracket being so rare and the carpet
needing replacement anyway, I was a little less worried about hurting it.
It did tear it a bit, mostly because the carpet is brittle, and there is a
wear spot where the driver feet rubbed through (hence having to replace it
anyway, although it is usable ?)

Now I can see what I'm doing when I remove the pedal for the re-install !

I'll photograph it for the next guy too !

Charlie
