We used to get large boxes now and then as a kid, and would make tents,
cars, houses, etc. out of them. One time we had a middle size box, and a
smaller box, so we set up the card table behind, stuck an old worn out tire
pump in the seam of the little box for a 'one-cylinder' engine, the middle
box as the front seat and the card table as the roof over the back seat.
Even drew a 1971 Ohio plate on the front of the little box (Butler County,
no less, number 675 LZ)  Sometimes we'd pretend to go to the drive in movie
to watch the local channel play a Shirley Temple or Charlie Chan movie.

We wuz poor folk and didn't know any better.

In model circles, often over half the value is in the original box. You know
how little kids will take the contents out of the box, then play with the
box? Must be the same mentality. LOL
