<VV> Photobucket Messages - suspicious

I've received a couple of emails - purportedly from "Photobucket Updates" 
and advising that a comment was added.

The message states:

PASTE:

A new comment was added to your Corvair 50th Oct 3 Wisconsin album.

END PASTE:

There is also another LINK to click saying "View comment on Photobucket".

Since I don't have such an album at photobucket, I'm wondering if these 
"links" are potential threats to my computer.  Has anyone else received 
these messages?  Do you feel they are safe OR unsafe?  I've NOT clicked on 
either of them.
