Why do you want to remove them.  When you powerwashed the underside  was 
there an issue with that part of the floor?  If so and you still need  to 
remove the panel (and bolts) I'd take some time to clean up any rust on the  
underside of the bolts first.  It looks like you've got a great truck with  a 
very solid body.  Congratulations.  I'm working under my '64 Brier  today and 
it doesn't look nearly as good as yours does.
