<VV> headlight reminder or (NO) fan belt

I'm building exactly that for my UltraVan based on an off the shelf DEI 528T
timer, loud buzzer and headlight relay.

Hi Tim, How about a "fan belt off" buzzer or siren for that matter. Has
anyone come up with a system to inform the driver if their fan belt should
come off while driving? All I have heard people say is "You feel the engine
has more power" or "It will ping itself to death and then you'll know" or
"Just look at the dummy lite (you idiot)". I for one would be interested in
a loud noisemaker if my belt came off. Has anyone else had the same thoughts
on these air cooled wonders?
