Book calls  for 22-29 FT. LB.
1/4"  drive INCH POUND torque wrench at  300-320  will be fine and fits 
nicely!

You won't need a torque wrench to remove the nuts - Only to reinstall them! 
 Use a 3/8' breaker bar with a 12 point socket. That should easily clear 
about  anything for removal. You will need a smaller (1/4" size) for 
installation.
