USPS, what can I say -- even though they charge more now, service hasn't 
improved much since they lost a letter to my draft board.  They even 
lost one of those self-adhesive Forever stamps the other day -- sent the 
electric bill back saying it needed postage -- at least the check didn't 
get lost ...
