I have an Interstate size 51R battery in my Rampside.  It works fine 
with an 80 amp alternator.  The truck had a Ray Sedman 10.7:1 CR engine 
and Clark's gear drive starter.  The truck has a gasoline heater and 
A/C.  The specs for the generator and regulator are in the 61 shop 
manual - 30 amps @14 volts @ 2,900 rpm - regulator set for 13.8 to 14.8 
volts at 125 degrees F.
