<VV> NC #3 -"knockng" is valve clatter ? need 1967 110 head

I'll try to free the valve before pulling the head, but I think the "knocking" that I was hearing at the beginning of this odyssey is the valve clattering ?
A loose valve seat bouncing around and seems the most likely reason for the "knocking" ?

Is there anyone have a head for a 1967 110 ?
The nearer to Riverside the better ! (preferably east, I'm in Hemet)
