It depends, if it is crisp and disintegrating it just becomes a matter of
scraping it out with a flat blade screw driver - with maybe some help from a
wire wheel on a drill. If it is nice and you are trying to save it, you
could try something called "release agent". I don't know if that is at a
FLAPS, but you should be able to find it an upholstery shop.
