You should also consider becoming a SAN member.

Subject: <VV> Highly recommended Magazine issue
If you are a serious car enthusiast, give some thought to picking up the
November 2010 issue of "Super Chevy" magazine. Like all of the Hotrodder
magazines, most of the rag talks about big V8 motors, big wheels and
tires and
other muscle-car material. This issue, however, contains a large
section
about SEMA, the SEMA Action Network - "SAN" is a sub-group which is
enthusiast oriented, rather than market oriented and covers the current
climate of
governmental regulation and what you should know about it and do about
it.
These articles cover all aspects of the hobby, addresses the effects
that
both proposed and pending legislation might have upon your hobby and
your
car, and your rights. Besides the SEMA info, the articles address local
issues and state issues, as well as where the Federal Government is
headed with
regard to both new cars and regulation of older cars. The magazine
section suggests getting more involved with how we will be treated over
the next
ten years. It might be a matter of life or death - for your car.
