  Well, I daydreamed some more about driving mine.

The recent heavy rains caused mine to slide sideways off of the jack 
stands upon which it had been solidly sitting for a few weeks. So, I 
bought three sheets of 3/4" pressure treated plywood to use as a 
temporary surface to work on the car. On Sunday, I plan to roll the car 
forward to reposition it and pull it back onto the plywood. This will be 
the first time the car has changed position in 17 years (other than 
sliding sideways off the jack stands last week).
