<VV> weired coorvair problem #?

i wish i had written down ever weired corvair problem that i have hadnot  
talking about every day type problem but just the weired problems. #? when  
starting 63 coupe automatic noise from starter sounded like a thrash  
machine(used to separate the kernel from wheat and oats used in the 50s) then  
would spin out not starting car. after removing rear wheel to replace starter  
found bottom bolt loose tightened bolt every thing ok. it is weired  because 
over 3years and many miles since starter installed and no  problems. is this 
something that happens often.
