<VV> speedometer cable

My speedo makes uncontrolled movements now and then. It moves back and forth
and makes a clicking noise. I suppose I need a new speedo cable.

Lon has a 28 strand cable for 50 $, Clarks sells one for 35 $. Does somebody
have experience with either of those? If the Underground cable is really a
better one, I'm willing to pay the 15 $ difference.
