<VV> brake fluid test

i tested cooling systems in water pumpers and brake fluid by placing the  
positive meter lead to positive terminal of battery  or on vair one lead on  
wiper motor is hot with switch on (FC easy reach to fuse block) , then 
carefully  put the negative lead in the fluid...looking for no or VERY small 
reading on 12  volt (in case you touch lead to ground) scale of meter.
