<VV> oil filter leaks

Is coming from the outer seal, or the attach bolt seal (washer)? If the
latter, I'd recommend you run a mill file over the aluminum adapter
surface. I've found them to be incredibly uneven.

accordingly, after about 2-300 miles it starts leaking around the gasket
not bad just annoying to see fluid there. If you tighten down on it more it
leaks worse. What's going on, cheaper gasket material or what.
