I thought the same about the door, it could be a flash, but looking closely you see green over spray on what looks like the service sticker.
What's underneath is a good question. Why would someone repaint a new or year old car? Because they didn't like the original color? If that were the case, wouldn't you want a pretty good paint job on a year old car? Me thinks we smell a rat.
One thing to remember, BRG does have a number of tones and shades, it depends on which auto maker you are thinking about. To me, BRG is almost black, but to some it can be a green on the yellow side. The ONLY way to select a color shade you want, you have to see it on a car. When you find it, get the paint codes for the color, which may be different than what's on the car.

Right - it looks wrong, and on closer inspection it looks more wrong !
I attributed the "white" on the inner door to camera 'flash' but I think you're right - plus the overspray in the trunk area doesn't look normal.
Makes you wonder what's underneath, but you never know ?
I almost like that shade of green though, being 'almost BRG' and the correct greens that were available were either too dark or too light for me.
Thanks for the insights !
