They are an Illinois Special Event plate.
The first expires July 11 and is from the Mid America Plate Association,
which is the plate I received today.
The second expires at the Orphaned Car Picnic in August and hasn't been
sent
out yet.
You have to order them in advance, so it's probably too late to get the
MAPA
one, but you can contact Bob West.
Don't have the contact for the other one anymore.
You have to have:
$35 dollars in check form.
A copy of your Illinois vehicle registration, current through July (August
in case of the second one.)
