As for the LM coupe this guy has, I seem to remember it was either a police 
 chief or fire chief's work ride.  Something about a an Department door  
insignia or car number is vague in my memory.  Since he had grandiose value  
ideas about it's value, I didn't pay a lot of attention to it - but I think 
it  was in pretty good condition.
