Mark, it's true to a certain extent.  Sort of like the Biscayne, or the Ford 300, only desireable with muscle-car type options like 427s and 4-speeds.  But with those options, they ARE worth $$$!!...Bill Hershkowitz 69 Monza 110 PG

PS:  Sometimes a low-mileage bottom-line car (like the old-lady Pasadena Chevelle 300) with a small 6/Powerglide is sold as a potential muscle car, the ad usually says something like "Bolt a 427 in this baby, with a 4-speed, and you'll have an instant Speed Racer Special!  LOL"
