Yes, by definition, all 164 cu in engines use the long stroke crankshaft.
There is a nitrited and non-nitrited version from the factory. The 140s and
turbos were factory fitted with the nitited crankshaft. The nitrited has an
& on the flywheel flange.
I have not found any local metal treaters that can nitrite a crankshaft
anymore. Are there any in the US? Once the crank is turned .010, this
nitride surface treatment is gone.

The engine number is T0625RH and the crank is marked 8409. According to the
Junkyard Primer this is a long stroke crank. Do all the 164 engines have
this crank?
