You don't need a press to change cam gears.  Just sit the gear with cam
facing upward on an electric hot plate. 
When everything gets nice and smoky sit the gear on the floor with your
shoes on top and pull the cam out.
It is not recommended that you do this barefoot or with bedroom slippers
on!!!  GRIN
I have a press similar to the Harbor Freight ones and nothing fits any
Corvair application.  
I had to extensively modify the support and plates to do any axle work.
The people who design these things seem to forget you need a big hole thru
the support to allow axle flanges to go thru.
And then when you have a big hole, there is nothing to support the sliding
plates.  Rube Goldberg fixes apply!
