Experienced ** and ATTENTIVE** highway patrolmen can read the plates of
oncoming cars.
But what are the odds of finding both in the car in front of you, and on the
chance you were to get so "lucky" simply change lanes before he (or she)
thinks to look.
The hard part of saying "Oh, gee, I hadn't noticed that it 'fell' off, would
be explaining why the brackets have been removed and filed down to regain
that smooth appearance.
"Gee, I wonder what I hit to do that ?" ...
