<VV> Membership poll and effects to CORSA members that are not in a chapter

Say, there's an idea too! Lets force all members of CORSA who do NOT belong to their nearest chapter, to join!  If you want to be in CORSA, you MUST be a member of your chapter also!

The SBE (Society of Broadcast Engineers) is set up so when you join the SBE, you are automatically able to join a local chapter at no cost (with a few minor exceptions)  The SBE national organization pays a "rebate" of  memberships dues paid to the national organization to the local chapters. Hmmmm.  Interesting idea perhaps?
