Some may recall the many months ago I related that my '66 leaked fuel into the oil when parked with the front up a little incline. I finally got around to replacing it with a NOS AC. When I disassembled the old AC I found a very small triangle shaped piece of rubber material. I finally located where it came from. The check valves use this material and I could locate where it broke out of one of the check valves.

I think this was the reason the fuel would siphon into the oil.
