 Actually, no. The bolt pattern for those Datsun/Nissan/Toyotas is an actual 4.5" It's not metric! A throwback to some history of the companies somewhere, I am sure. Heck, my 300ZXTT has a 4.5" bolt circle, albeit 5 bolts. 

So, yes, they do fit, exactly.

Anybody notice that the Japanese 4 bolt wheels are metric?   Oh well, at least 
they look like they fit exactly.
