Well, if it a single hole or two in a reachable area AND from "road hazard"
damage, it can be repaired quickly and cheaply with a 2 part epoxy patch.
But, if it is weeping from several pinholes (rust through from the inside),
it is time for a replacement tank.
PS - Do NOT use a vacuum cleaner to drain the tank. <GRIN>
