<VV> phone call

Yesterday I received a disturbing call on my answering machine. The man asked about fuel senders, that much I could understand.  But,  he didnt clearly give his name, so I dont know who he is, and the phone number he gave was  213-27 mumble, mumble mumble. 
So, if any of you might know who this party is, do ask him to try again, as I hate to lose business, or have an unhappy customer.
