N A P A has stabil products in our area  along with walmart, and  several 
others .
 
you are looking for a blue/green color product in a measuring bottle.   not 
cheap , but seems to work.
i used to use lucas gas  (much cheaper , had a 200 gal tank to deal  with 
)treatment in my boat at all times with good luck , but that was before  
alchy  problems.
