<VV> weird combos on earlies

My 64 700 sedan has only two options, powerglide tranny (2M) & seat belt delete (5O)... it didn't have a radio... and it has single speed wipers, no washers... pretty much a "plain Jane"...
Build date is 6A... engine (95hp) build date is May 22...
How's that for strange?

So who has seen strange combos on earlies, and were they dealer or factory? 
've only had a 63 coupe with radio delete,all the rest have been pretty 
tandard. Ed in Fla.
