True. The '67 high-mount is an anomaly. Only cars for California were
equipped with the smogger, starting in '66. However '66 turbos and a/c cars
were exempt. After that, a/c cars in California had the smogger standard.
Then in '68 the smogger became standard on all Corvairs.
The smogger wasn't available on non-California cars in '66-7.
