Because the late model Corvair is too cool to be just a regular old chevy.  It can tolerate the logo but not the actual name/label - that's for them other cars.


I like having the "Chevrolet" script on the tailgate of the Rampy.  People just get blown away when the see that it's a Chevy and not some odd foreign vehicle.
