If the door hindge is not broken at the spring, keep them.
If you have a place for glass storage, keep that (I made a box from plywood that the glass pieces I have fit in)
It is very common for the doors to have rust thru at the bottom foward end of the door. Take the worst door and cut the back end at the bottom and weld it in the good door on the front end, it is an almost perfect fit and the net result is 1 door with no rusty hole. 
I also have stored the trailing arms as the bearing is still good. 
I keep brake shoes and drums if for no other reason than core.
