<VV> POWERGLIDE UPSHIFT PROBLEM

changed gov , modulator , fluid aok , good vacuum , linkage ok , now down  
to E clip or TV adjust?
hard to get it to upshift when warmed up. ok cold.
next step: different transmission , or rebuild this one.  never had so  
much fun with one vehicle before. this transmission was aok a year ago with  
different motor  (the one that had a bad cam fer sure).
