The VVs are a committee of CORSA, rather than a chapter.  When the VVs
became affiliated with CORSA, we got an agreement from CORSA that being a
member of CORSA would never be a requirement for participating in the VVs.

No need to leave.

With me not renewing my CORSA membership and since VV is a chapter of CORSA
and I am no longer a member, I have decided to leave VV as well.  I have
been on VV on and off for the past 10 years and made some friends, most
probably made some enemies and certainly pissed some people off with my
strong opinions but that is just me and I am too old to change that now.  A
lot has gone into my decision but it probably best I just leave it at that
instead of making more people mad at me.

Good luck to all the Corvair owners - yea, even those who have had less than
nice things to say to me : )
