<VV> convention cancellation

it is with a very heavy heart i have to cancel coming to the  convention.  
my wife has been in the hospital a few days , and was advised  today they 
still dont know how long , and said no long travels until things are  under 
control.  this all caught us by surprise as to the seriousness  of her injury. 
 we really were looking forward to this special event.
today i have to figure out how to go about canceling things. (she does all  
that stuff for us)
i thought i would let you guys know  so if someone wanted a room at  the 
host hotel...
i will be calling them later today after i get the info from her.
we probably cant do another very nice show we pre registered for this  
summer also...
