If it is balanced, it is balanced (engine or drive train).

Engine only requires an "educated" tweak with the foot (while balanced on a 
floor jack) at install so as not to mess up the input shaft seal(s?).  A one 
person job (an eyeball helper may be needed at that point the first time).
