<VV> DRIP from cowl areas

i am way behind on my reading of e mails this week, so this may have been  
covered already.
make sure the drain holes in the body by the rear of the front fender are  
open and cleaned out.  a shop vac and a long screwdriver work pretty good  
at this. then i sprayed a good rustproofing thru the vent slots at the base 
of  the windshield the whole length of that body seam. (this was on my rusty  
recovered from crusher lakewood). i then sprayed under the dash with a good 
 thick dark gray rustoleum paint..more for looks than anything else.  i 
also  did this to my 64 coupe as a preventive measure. i blew it out with a 
long air  nozzle also. while at it , i lubed the wiper linkage with a long 
plastic pipe on  spray silicone grease.
if i have to remove the grille (probably someday soon for body work ) i  
will do better. i am positive what i have done so far helped.
