<VV> Rampside @ auction

There's a 1961 Rampside near here at an estate auction in a couple of weeks. Went out this morning to look at it. Not currently running, 64000 miles, id tag shows a 145 c.i., rated at 65 hp., vin 1RL24S119375,trim code 431A, paint code 727G. Spot rusted thru below the rear window about 1/2" wide by 8" long. Some fiberglass work just rear of the side ramp that will need work. Interior looked decent, worn but not trashed. Rear tailgate will also need work. The body shows a repaint but it is flaking off (looked like real poor prep), some surface rust.
Question: What is a reasonable price range for this truck (assuming it won't start or run) ?
