<VV> Late fuel gage

All I can say is that 4 was the goal.  I'm not able to find a printed 
reference.  My (at least 20 year old) recollection of a tech session run by 
lclc on sending units is all I can site.  Some will have 3 or 5 left (close 
enough) when the needle hits E.  Zero gas at E was NOT the design.  No wink 
involved.
