<VV> motor was blown but Justice will be Served!

Nice to get it back, though according to the report, "The motor was blown
but the exterior and interior of the car are still intact."

The guy & girl who stole my non-Corvair, left not only their property in the
car, but magazines with their subscription labels on them, pictures of
themselves. The car wash took photos of them too when they had it washed
(What ? It wasn't clean enough for you ?!?!?)

You'd think that the kicker was the guy left his parole papers in the back
seat from that morning when he was released ROR, for guess what ? Car theft
!

However, the real kicker was that all this was IN THE CAR when the police
turned it to me.
Soooooo, guess what ? They couldn't use any of it because the chain of
evidence was broken !

Gotta love it ...

I have to recount the time my 1962 Corvair wagon was stolen and reported
abandoned IN THE SAME PRECINCT but I found it myself when I drove by their
impound yard a month or so later.

Hopefully all those "eyes" they had said were looking for my car, are open
when our cars get 'gone' ?

Sorry, just have to take every opportunity to rant when I hear these things
!

I hope, too, that the guy(s) who stole this Vair have the $$$ to pay for the
engine they ruined ?

Nice car, though, so good luck with her !

Charlie
